NRHA's RHC Leader Certification Program Enrollment 

To enroll in this Program you must complete the following two steps:

    1. Complete the information application below
    2. Upload your signed letter of support from the person you report to.

Upon receipt of both items listed above, enrollment documents will be reviewed, and a follow-up email will be sent to confirm admission and provide payment options.  

Please submit these two items together. Enrollment cannot be finalized without both the information form and signed letter.
