There are three tuition options:

• 1 Lump Sum Payment $6,900.00
• $1,000 deposit plus 3 Equal Payments $2,081.67/month
• $1,000 deposit plus 6 Equal Payments $1,098.33/month h

Once the enrollment documents are received and reviewed, you will receive a follow up email asking for your payment preferences. Once submitted, you will get an electronic invoice to pay by check or credit card.

The next Cohort will kick off on March 26th, 2026 at 4 PM EST. The Cohort will meet every other week following the kick off on the same day at the same time, Thursdays at 4 pm EST, for the entirety of the Program.

This virtual Program is approximately 7 months long in duration. Participants will spend no more than 90-minutes per week.

The pre-recorded module videos are no longer than 60 minutes long, and the bi-weekly Zoom meetings are 90 minutes long.

You will gain access to the private website for your Cohort following the kick-off Zoom session.

NRHA's Rural Hospital CFO Certification Program is a combination of self-guided and group learning. Two weeks are spent on each module using the following structure:

• Week 1: Participants spend no more than 60 minutes watching pre-recorded video lessons for the module, available on demand.
• Week 2: Participants come together for a 90-minute, highly interactive Zoom meeting focused on that week's module. This Zoom meeting is always held on the same day at the same time, on a bi-weekly basis.

To earn the Certification, Participants must:

• Maintain 80% attendance to the live Zoom meetings
• Watch the module video lessons
• Complete each Building Block Exam with a 90% score or higher
• Have tuition paid in full 
• Complete the pre and post-assessments for the Cohort
