CRHL’s February 2025 Rural Health Leadership Academy cohort launches
[Tampa, FL] – The Center for Rural Health Leadership (CRHL) launched its sixth Rural Health Leadership Academy (RHLA) cohort in February 2025.
Leadership makes the difference; therefore, it is critical for current and emerging rural health professionals to be effective leaders within their facilities. By fostering skilled leaders, rural healthcare organizations will be better equipped to navigate challenges, provide high-quality care, and improve community health.
The February 2025 cohort consists of the following participants:
- Beth Miller – Steele Memorial Medical Center-Clinic, Salmon, ID
- Elizabeth Millard – Minidoka Memorial Hospital, Rupert, ID
- Rebecca Plante – Benewah Community Hospital, St. Maries, ID
- Keyvin Heck – Coal County General Hospital, Coalgate, OK
- Madeline Russell – Lost Rivers Medical Center, Arco, ID
- Brittany Garlock – Ascension St. Vincent Salem Hospital, Salem, IN
- Lacy Grothaus – Weiser Memorial Hospital, Weiser, ID
- Geneva Spencer – Sage Memorial Hospital, Ganado, AZ
About the Rural Health Leadership Academy (RHLA): This training program is designed to assist rural health leaders become more effective leaders to improve the viability of rural hospitals, clinics and other organizations focused on rural health and wellbeing, empowering them to create a culture of health and wellbeing within their respective communities.
